Nothing reaches us. This app has no server, and no name, email, phone number, location or usage history is sent to us.
The app does show ads. In the course of serving them, the ad provider reads your device’s advertising identifier. That part is described separately under “Ads” below.
This app’s data is excluded from backup and device transfer. Your letters do not travel to a new phone.
Uninstalling the app deletes all of the above, and it cannot be recovered. One thing is different. A file you created yourself with “Export letters” is unencrypted JSON containing the full text of your letters. It stays wherever you put it and is not removed when you uninstall the app. Please look after it yourself.
Ads appear on the letters screen and while reading a letter, and a full-screen ad may appear when you leave the letterbox. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
In the course of serving them, Google may collect your device’s advertising ID (AD ID) along with device and network information. Where you have consented, this is used for interest-based personalized ads. See Google’s policy for partner sites for details.
In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom this processing relies on your consent. A consent form appears when you first open the app, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time under Settings > Ad privacy settings.
Google may process this information outside your country, including in the United States.
The contents of your worries and letters are never sent to the ad provider. Just as we do not read them, they do not go to the ad side either. What is used to choose an ad is device information, not anything you wrote in the app.
You can also turn off ad personalization in Settings > Google > Ads on your phone.
None. No behavioral analytics, no error collection. We have no way of knowing what happened inside the app.
In relation to the processing of your advertising identifier, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
To withdraw, go to Settings > Ad privacy settings. For anything else, write to gomin@lilacrepo.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
California law treats passing an advertising identifier to an ad provider for personalized advertising as “sharing” personal information. This app does that.
If you do not want this, turn it off under Settings > Ad privacy settings, or in Settings > Google > Ads on your phone.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell personal information for money.
This app is not directed to children. The target age we declare on Google Play is 13 and over.
We collect nothing directly. Data handling by the ad provider follows the “Ads” section above and Google’s own policies.
If what is collected or transmitted ever changes, this page is updated first and the change is noted in the app’s release notes. It was revised on 2026-08-25 when ads were introduced, and on 2026-08-27 to describe the ad processing and your rights in full.

앱을 삭제하면 위 내용은 모두 함께 삭제되며, 복구할 수 없습니다. 한 가지만 다릅니다. ‘편지함 내보내기’로 직접 만드신 파일은 암호화되지 않은 JSON이며 편지 내용이 그대로 들어 있습니다. 저장하신 자리에 그대로 남고, 앱을 삭제해도 지워지지 않습니다. 직접 관리해주세요.
편지함과 편지 읽기 화면에 광고가 표시되고, 편지함에서 나올 때 전체 화면 광고가 뜰 수 있습니다. 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공합니다.

Nada llega hasta nosotros. Esta app no tiene servidores, y ni tu nombre, ni el correo, ni el teléfono, ni la ubicación, ni el historial de uso nos llegan.
Eso sí, la app muestra anuncios. Al pedirlos, el proveedor de publicidad lee el identificador de publicidad de tu dispositivo. Eso lo contamos aparte, en el apartado «Publicidad».
Los datos de esta app quedan excluidos de las copias de seguridad y de la transferencia entre dispositivos. Tus cartas no viajan a un teléfono nuevo.
Al desinstalarla se borra todo lo anterior, y no se puede recuperar. Hay una excepción. El archivo que creas tú con «Exportar cartas» es un JSON sin cifrar que contiene el texto completo de tus cartas. Se queda donde lo hayas guardado y no se borra al desinstalar la app. Cuídalo tú.
Se muestran anuncios en el buzón y mientras lees una carta, y al salir del buzón puede aparecer un anuncio a pantalla completa. Los sirve Google AdMob.
Al servirlos, Google puede recoger el identificador de publicidad (AD ID) de tu dispositivo junto con información del dispositivo y de la red. Si has dado tu consentimiento, esto se usa para anuncios personalizados según intereses. Puedes consultar los detalles en la política de Google para sitios asociados.
En el Espacio Económico Europeo y en el Reino Unido este tratamiento se basa en tu consentimiento. Al abrir la app por primera vez aparece un formulario, y después puedes cambiar o retirar tu decisión cuando quieras en Ajustes > Privacidad de los anuncios.
Google puede tratar esta información fuera de tu país, también en Estados Unidos.
El contenido de tus preocupaciones y de tus cartas nunca se envía al proveedor de publicidad. Igual que nosotros no lo leemos, tampoco sale hacia el lado publicitario. Lo que se usa para elegir un anuncio es información del dispositivo, no lo que escribiste en la app.
También puedes desactivar la personalización de anuncios en Ajustes > Google > Anuncios de tu teléfono.
Nada. Ni herramientas de analítica de comportamiento ni recogida de errores. No tenemos forma de saber qué ha pasado dentro de la app.
En relación con el tratamiento de tu identificador de publicidad, tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y portabilidad. Puedes retirar tu consentimiento cuando quieras, y retirarlo no afecta al tratamiento hecho antes.
Para retirarlo, entra en Ajustes > Privacidad de los anuncios. Para lo demás, escribe a gomin@lilacrepo.com.
También tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.
La ley de California considera que entregar un identificador de publicidad a un proveedor para anuncios personalizados es «compartir» datos personales. Esta app lo hace.
Si no lo quieres, desactívalo en Ajustes > Privacidad de los anuncios, o en Ajustes > Google > Anuncios de tu teléfono.
No recogemos datos personales sensibles y no vendemos datos personales a cambio de dinero.
Esta app no está dirigida a niños. La edad objetivo que declaramos en Google Play es de 13 años en adelante.
Nosotros no recogemos nada directamente. El tratamiento por parte del proveedor de publicidad sigue el apartado «Publicidad» de arriba y las políticas de Google.

こちらには届きません。このアプリにサーバーはなく、名前、メールアドレス、 電話番号、位置情報、利用履歴を含めて、どんな情報もこちらには届きません。
ただし広告が入っています。広告を受け取る過程で、広告提供者が端末の広告識別子 を読み取ります。その点は下の「広告」に分けて書きました。
バックアップと端末間の移行から、このアプリのデータは除外されます。 新しい端末に移っても手紙は一緒に行きません。
アプリを削除すると上記はすべて一緒に消え、元に戻せません。 ひとつだけ違います。「ポストの書き出し」でご自身が作った ファイルは、暗号化されていない JSON で、手紙の本文がそのまま入っています。 保存した場所にそのまま残り、アプリを削除しても消えません。ご自身で管理して ください。
ポストと手紙を読む画面に広告が表示され、ポストから出るときに全画面広告が 出ることがあります。広告は Google AdMob が提供します。
広告を受け取る過程で、Google が端末の広告識別子(AD ID)と端末・ネットワーク 情報を収集することがあります。同意された場合、この情報は興味関心に基づく パーソナライズ広告に使われます。詳しくは Google の パートナーサイトポリシーをご覧ください。
